Elsa Frozen Queen
This listing is for a Snow Queen Costume. The bodice will be made in hand painted square sequin fabric. The bodice will feature hand sewn strands of rhinestone and additional sequins. The skirt will be made from a hand dyed faux dupioni fabric. The Under blouse will be made of a mesh stretch in sky blue. The undershirt will also feature a rhinestone design made up of small rhinestone and sequins. The cape will be made of light organza with glitter. The cape attatches to the bodice with velcro.
